EWOR and CODE University of Applied Sciences Join Forces to Empower the Next Generation of Outlier Founders
CODE University of Applied Sciences and EWOR, the highly selective fellowship for outlier founders, announce their strategic partnership. Together, the two institutions aim to identify and support extraordinary entrepreneurial talents – so-called outliers – and equip them with the resources needed to build impactful ventures.
EWOR describes itself as “the place where the top 0.1% of founders find the mentorship, network, and capital to build (€1B+) tech companies that matter on a global scale.” Unlike traditional accelerators, the fellowship offers a virtual-first, non-linear approach to venture support where unicorn founders don’t just mentor but co-hustle with fellows during the messy, ambitious early startup days. Out of 35,000+ annual applicants, only around 35 are accepted, gaining access to up to €500,000 in funding and a curated network of world-class entrepreneurs, VCs, and industry leaders while building among peers.
CODE University of Applied Sciences, based in Berlin, is known as a breeding ground for entrepreneurial talent. More than 15% of its students go on to found their own startups – with many achieving international recognition, including recurring placements at Y Combinator.
“With EWOR, we connect our entrepreneurial community at CODE with a globally unique fellowship program. Together, we will identify the outliers who don’t just build successful companies, but reshape entire industries,” says Reimar Müller-Thum, Managing Director of CODE University of Applied Sciences.
“At EWOR, we believe that extraordinary founders thrive in environments that combine ambition, creativity, and hands-on execution. CODE has built exactly that – a unique ecosystem where entrepreneurial talent consistently emerges and scales globally. Partnering with CODE allows us to tap into one of Europe’s strongest startup communities and empower the outliers who will define the next decade of innovation,” adds Hubertus Bessau, Partner and Chief Marketing Officer at EWOR.
The cooperation between EWOR and CODE aims to bridge academic education, project-based learning, and international venture support – cultivating visionary entrepreneurs who will shape the future.
