The internationally recognized CODE University of Applied Sciences in Berlin is expanding its academic portfolio with a new continuing education master’s program starting in the fall semester. The Master of Science in Technology & Management prepares students for leadership roles in the tech sector. The program is also designed to give working professionals the opportunity to advance their qualifications alongside their careers.

Modular structure and flexible learning design

Since its founding seven years ago, CODE has become one of Germany’s leading private universities for tech talents and technology‑driven entrepreneurs. Within a short time, it has achieved one of the highest numbers of startup spin‑offs per student in the tech and IT fields.

With the new Technology & Management (M.Sc.) program, the university is offering a master’s degree for the first time. It complements the existing bachelor’s programs — Software Engineering (B.Sc.), Business Management & Entrepreneurship (B.A.), and Digital Design & Innovation (B.A.).

Admission to the master’s program requires a relevant bachelor’s degree from CODE and at least one year of professional experience. Students are expected to attend on campus for 15 days per semester, while the rest of the program can be completed remotely. The modular structure allows students to define their own focus areas and organize their studies flexibly. CODE sees the program as a natural progression of its entrepreneurship‑driven educational model.

Focus on entrepreneurship and artificial intelligence

The M.Sc. in Technology & Management emphasizes skills in leadership, management, and digital problem‑solving — empowering students to meet the challenges of entrepreneurship. Key topics include entrepreneurship and artificial intelligence. The program has a standard duration of four semesters and can also be completed on a part‑time basis.
