About the Role

As Senior HR Manager, your key responsbility is to develop the foundation of the HR department in indentifiying the best HR practices to implement and improve the current workflow, with a key focus on employee development. You will report to the CXO and work crossfuntionally as a project manager, to identify people solutions, own the recruiting desk and facilitate further development. Additionally, you will be a vital participant in cross facilitating information about employee needs with the management team through feedback and program analysis, then follow with implementing solutions.
