Student Affairs Coordinator (m/f/d)

About the role

As the Student Affairs Officer, you will be a key part of our Student Lifecycle team to provide an excellent experience for our enrolled students. As many of our students are new to Berlin, it is vital that they receive the support necessary to create a balanced and stable introduction and care at CODE. Your main responsibility is to provide support to the students by managing incoming requests. Your tasks will include being the first point of contact for student requests or queries and secretarial duties such as: creating, managing the documents of students.

About You

  • Has at least two year of experience of working for a university or in a bureaucratic environment
  • Experience and skills in executing and being accountable for student care
  • Has the following personal characteristics: outgoing, friendly, empathetic and diplomatic
  • Experience with German bureaucracy and have lived in Germany for at least 2 years
  • Comfortable with digital tooling
