Senior HR Manager (m/f/d)

About the Role

As CODE grows and develops, you will be an integral part of the HR team and work closely with the COO, Vice President and CXO to develop the working environment and culture required to reach the CODE mission and to ensure a place of wellbeing and effectiveness for the employees.

Additionally, you will be a vital participant in cross facilitating information about employee needs with the management team through feedback and program analysis.

Responsibilities

  • You will foster high employee collaboration and engagement through offering support and advice
  • Own the recruiting desk, which includes responsibilities for outbound candidate experience, interviewing candidates and managing the process
  • Act as a partner and a coach for managers regarding employee development and issues
  • Coach employees and managers on the success of the employee feedback program
  • Provide support and assistance to teams in developing psychological safety and inclusivity
  • Participate in developing and ensuring a successful work culture and accountability for CODE Values

About You

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in an HR service focused role
  • Have the following personal characteristics: collaboration, communication, confidential, diplomatic and empathic
  • Startup or experience in an early stage organization
  • Experience and skills with psychological understanding of team dynamics, inclusivity and creating psychological safety
  • Service mindset
  • Experience with developing HR initiatives
  • German language skills and HR administration experience is a plus
