CODE is a newly-founded private university of applied sciences that is embedded into the vibrant network of Berlin’s digital economy. The core of our study programs are real-world projects, accompanied by seminars and workshops with an advanced flipped-classroom concept. Together with a network of industry partners, our goal is to provide students with a practical, real-world, and digitally-oriented education.

Campus and Office Manager

You will be working for and closely with our COO Jonathan as well as our Academic Coordinator Hannah. As our Campus and Office Manager your main responsibility is to make sure that our campus is a place where the whole community thrives – in working, learning and teaching.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include

  • implement, improve and support all operational processes around CODE as a workspace – that means for example taking care of in- and outgoing mail, handling the procurement process and keeping track of important assets.
  • being the main point of contact to our great landlords at Factory for all operational topics around the facilities and hospitality services they provide for us.
  • being first point of contact for all undirected communication towards CODE.
  • being part of our interdisciplinary space and technology taskforce that determines future needs of our small but growing university of applied sciences.
  • being responsible for the style, feel and functionality of our campus as a whole as well as having a hands-on mentality when things need to be rearranged, fixed, tidied-up or decorated.
  • managing working students and/or interns that support you in your tasks.

We are looking for someone who

  • Is enthusiastic, organized, approachable, proactive and solution-oriented
  • Is happy to help people
  • Has ideally experience in managing offices or families
  • Is fluent in spoken and written in English (German and other languages are a a plus)
