Admission Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

As the Admission Officer you will be a vital part of the Student Lifecycle team. Your main responsibility is to review prospective students and their applications, including interviewing to determine the next generation of CODE Students. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Participating in Admission days
  • Reviewing applications and technical projects including supporting required documents such as: higher education entrance qualifications and international high school diplomas
  • Interviewing prospective students
  • Drive the CODE mission forward through ensuring that applicants meet the vision and requirements
  • Work towards improving our process and documentation of the admissions process

About you

  • Has at least 3 years of experience in working in Student Admissions or a combination of HR or Recruiting along with some experience working with academia,
  • Technology affinity and interest in new developments,
  • Has the following personal characteristics: balanced, methodical, detail-oriented and practical and intellectual humility,
  • Background in social sciences or the demonstrated ability to objectively view and process applications,
  • Experience in analyzing and documenting data and information,
  • Experience in managing programs and driving iterations
