Admission Coordinator (m/f/d)

About the role

As the Admissions Coordinator, you will be a key part of our Student Lifecycle team and will work closely with the Campus and Admissions team to provide an excellent experience for our student applicants. Your main responsibility is to provide outbound representation of CODE and support student applicants during the admissions process. Your tasks will include communicating with applicants and organizing admissions days.

About you

  • Has at least 1 year of recent European experience working with young adults
  • Has the following personal characteristics: outgoing, friendly, empathetic and diplomatic
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive and accountable for workflow
  • Experience with project management or coordinating with different teams on projects
  • The ability to zoom out to see the whole picture and to be able to foster communication for this with the rest of the team
