CODE is a newly-founded private university of applied sciences that is embedded into the vibrant network of Berlin’s digital economy. The core of our study programs are real-world projects, accompanied by seminars and workshops with an advanced flipped-classroom concept. Together with a network of industry partners, our goal is to provide students with a practical, real-world, and digitally-oriented education.

Admin Superhero

You will be working for and closely with our academic coordinator Hannah as well as the team leads of the respective study programs. The newly formed team will be at the joint between faculty and the non-academic team.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include

  • Administrative support of seminars and workshops (e.g. scheduling, communication with external speakers and freelancers, preparation of rooms)
  • Administrative support of assessments,
  • Preparation, documentation and follow-up on team meetings,
  • Supporting communication with applicants, students, faculty and team via Slack, mail, phone, wiki and in person.
  • As a young Start-Up ourselves, we offer you the opportunity to shape important parts of your job environment yourself. We will ask you to work together with us to develop, implement, document and improve procedures around your field of work.

  • Can and is happy to juggle many topics at the same time
  • Is enthusiastic, organized, approachable, proactive and solution-oriented
  • Is fluent and confident spoken and written in English (German is a plus)
